- We will sell breeding cats only to persons who meet ALL of the following requirements:
- You must be a breeder member of a reputable cat association that recognizes the bengal breed (such as TICA, ACFA, or UFO).
- You must have a registered cattery name in one of the associations listed in number 1 above.
- You must be a breeder member of a bengal breed organization (if you are in the United States, the choices are either TIBCS or TIBBA).
- Depending on the cat, we may (but will not necessarily) occasionally place restrictions on one or more of the following: region the cat can be shown in, mating of the cat with a cat of a breed other than a bengal (of any generation) or an ALC, whether a male cat can stand stud for queens not owned by the breeder who purchased him from us, whether the cat can be resold as a breeder a second time, the sale/resale of the cat either as a breeder or into certain countries, etc. Any restrictions will be discussed before the sale and will be written into the contract.
- Because of pre-existing contracts or a specific situation, such arrangements are not always possible.
- We must have a clear need for some traits or the lines involved.
- We will consider such arrangements only when it is clearly going to be a win-win solution for both parties.

Stud Service
We are not an open cattery and do not provide stud service for outside queens.
Sale of Cats to Breeders and Show Homes
We welcome inquiries from breeders and show homes.
Please note the following:
We will be delighted to provide you with all the information we have about recessives carried by the cat, the medical history of the cat and its parents and line, and personality quirks. For the betterment of the breed and to maintain our reputation as a responsible and ethical breeder, our policy is to fully disclose, before purchase, all potential negatives as well as positives regarding the cat.
Inquiries are welcome at any time about specific kittens or the offspring of specific planned matings. If you would like to reserve a kitten and want to ensure that you will get first choice of the kittens that meet your criteria as they become available, we do require a $300 deposit. When you actually purchase a cat from us, the deposit is subtracted from the purchase price due. The deposit is not refundable, but it may be transferred to another cat as other cats become available. If we deem that a cash refund is appropriate for some resason, it will be refunded within 90 days of the date that the decision to refund is made.
We do sometimes exchange kittens with other breeders or incorporate kitten-back arrangements into purchase contracts. This is a marvellous way for breeders to work together for the betterment of the breed and to help each other. However:
